COVID-19 Update

Please know we will continue to provide the safest and most consistent care for all of our patients during these uncertain times.


Call our office at (513) 721-7533 during regular business hours to get your questions answered or to schedule an in-person office visit, telemedicine phone call or virtual video appointment.


Exam and waiting rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each patient encounter and all staff will be wearing masks/PPE [personal protective equipment] when appropriate.


Every person entering our facilities must wear a face mask and keep social distancing in mind. We understand that some patients will not be able to wear a mask, and we can accommodate to keep patients and staff safe accordingly.


If you’re interested in a telemedicine or virtual video appointment, please ask at the time of scheduling and we can determine based on diagnosis, medications, PAP-therapy monitoring and more.


It is important that if you have been exposed to or are exhibiting any Influenza/Virus/COVID-19 symptoms listed below that you do not come into our offices and to immediately call us to reschedule your appointment as a phone call telehealth visit or a virtual Doxy video appointment:

  • Temperature (greater than 100°F or 37.8°C).
  • Cough (new, worsening, or change in cough).
  • Shortness of breath
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of senses


These policies are in place to help keep our patients and employees safe.
