Lauren earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining Sleep Management Institute, she completed dedicated clinical training in sleep medicine. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and believes every patient deserves to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care. She is committed to helping patients achieve better sleep, improved health, and a higher quality of life.
